We encourage our employees, suppliers and other external parties to report incidents and serious misconduct that there is a public interest in their disclosure.<\/p>\n
Examples of such events are:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Financial crime and fraud<\/p>\n
\u2022 Offering or accepting bribes and corruption<\/p>\n
\u2022 Environmental crimes and\/or other violations of the law that pose a safety risk to life and health<\/p>\n
\u2022 Serious forms of harassment and discrimination<\/p>\n
The purpose of the service is not to capture dissatisfaction with working conditions, management or conflicts in the workplace.<\/p>\n
Reporting misconduct that exclusively affects the whistleblower or their work situation is generally not considered a whistleblower case.<\/p>\n
When you submit a report, you must have good reason to believe that the information you are aware of is true at the time of reporting.<\/p>\n
Your notification<\/b><\/p>\n
To whistleblower, use the link below which leads to our external reporting system. Your report will be received and handled by HR and the CEO who will together decide how the matter will be handled. <\/p>\n
You can of course make an anonymous report.<\/p>\n
If you choose to report anonymously and wish to follow up on your case or provide additional information, it is important that you note the case number that you receive after your report has been completed. Without your case number, there is no possibility to follow up on your case or provide additional information anonymously. <\/b><\/p>\n
Your notification must contain the following information:<\/p>\n
\u2022 What type of incident you want to report<\/p>\n
\u2022 Where it happened<\/p>\n
\u2022 When it happened<\/p>\n
\u2022 Enter the date and time and if it is something that has happened repeatedly<\/p>\n
\u2022 Information about other actions you may have taken in connection with what happened<\/p>\n
You should not submit any personal data that is not essential for the reporting. If you do submit such data, we may delete it without informing you. <\/p>\n
Anonymous or confidential reporting<\/b><\/p>\n
You have the option to choose between anonymous reporting or to provide your name and contact information when submitting a report.<\/p>\n
If you choose to report anonymously, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information afterwards. There is no obligation to provide any personal information. <\/p>\n
If you choose confidential reporting, you can provide your name and contact information, which can facilitate the investigation and any necessary follow-up actions.<\/p>\n
Appropriate measures will be taken to protect your identity and the information you provide, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.<\/p>\n
We also ensure that anyone who raises the alarm does not risk reprisals.<\/p>\n
Internal and external reporting<\/b><\/p>\n
You can use our internal reporting channel to report incidents and serious misconduct within our organization. You can also report externally to a competent authority that will receive, provide feedback and follow up on the matter. <\/p>\n
