Your report will be received and handled by HR and the CEO who will together decide how the matter will be handled. <\/p>\n<p>You can of course make an anonymous report.<\/p>\n<p><b>If you choose to report anonymously and wish to follow up on your case or provide additional information, it is important that you note the case number that you receive after your report has been completed. Without your case number, there is no possibility to follow up on your case or provide additional information anonymously. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Your notification must contain the following information:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 What type of incident you want to report<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Where it happened<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 When it happened<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Enter the date and time and if it is something that has happened repeatedly<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Information about other actions you may have taken in connection with what happened<\/p>\n<p>You should not submit any personal data that is not essential for the reporting. If you do submit such data, we may delete it without informing you. <\/p>\n<p data-fusion-font=\"true\" style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><b>Anonymous or confidential reporting<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You have the option to choose between anonymous reporting or to provide your name and contact information when submitting a report.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose to report anonymously, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information afterwards. There is no obligation to provide any personal information. <\/p>\n<p>If you choose confidential reporting, you can provide your name and contact information, which can facilitate the investigation and any necessary follow-up actions.<\/p>\n<p>Appropriate measures will be taken to protect your identity and the information you provide, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.<\/p>\n<p>We also ensure that anyone who raises the alarm does not risk reprisals.<\/p>\n<p><b data-fusion-font=\"true\" style=\"font-size: 19px;\">Internal and external reporting<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You can use our internal reporting channel to report incidents and serious misconduct within our organization.
